Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipment/delivery processing of retail order starts from the day of placement of order, and for bulk order processing starts from the day of receipt of advance payment confirmed against the order placed with Nurture India. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time against each product. Nurture India shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Nurture India. The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise.  Before every Nurture India product is shipped, several rounds of rigorous quality checks are performed in order to eliminate any possibilities of accidental deliveries and ensuring a hassle free shopping experience to you.

There are two types of shipping available for our customers: 

1. STANDARD SHIPPING
Shipping is free to all pre-paid domestic orders for the products priced above Rs. 500. If the total products in the cart are priced below Rs. 500, then an additional fee of Rs. 100 is charged for all our customers across India. 

2. EXPRESS SHIPPING
Our customers also have an option to select express shipping in which we try out best to ship the order within next 3-4 days via air. This also adds an additional charge based on the total order weight:
Additional Rs. 200 for the first 1kg and Rs. 100 for every kg going ahead. 

CASH ON DELIVERY
Customers in India have an option to select Cash-on-delivery, which are charged Rs. 50 additional.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders shipping outside India are charged Rs. 750 per kg anywhere in the world.
