RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the case of accidental transit damages of any kind within your products from Nurture India, we then request you kindly contact us. Please make sure that the issue has been communicated to us within 7 days of receiving your product. You may raise a request on our website, or contact us via email contact@nurtureindia.in with images of the damaged products clicked by you. Nurture India Handicrafts LLP will ensure reverse shipment for damaged goods only. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of returning the goods. No returns will be entertained apart from damage scenarios. 

CANCELLATION
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of validity of the store credit.
